Arid Lands Permaculture Training

Meet Alejandra Garcia. After spending a day learning permaculture design at Deep Dirt, she said: (translated from Spanish) “I helped put up posts for a fence that will help keep deer and wild boar from destroying the plants. It was not an easy job, but at the end it was quite satisfying to see that with a little effort you can achieve what you set out to do.” Alejandra is from Hermosillo, Mexico, and she aspires to transform her city into a better place.

Our permaculture workshops and future online classes allow people like Alejandra to learn how to grow food, compost, design a permaculture site, build an adobe tiny house, build rock structures that restore arid lands, and more.
